I got more than what I was looking for. The coaching knowledge, skills, attitude, and values I gained through the CLTC course have and will go a long way in equipping me to do more and better as a Leadership and Team Coach. The educators are well conversant and equipped to transfer the tools and skills required to be a great coach.
