The educators are well conversant and equipped to transfer the tools and skills required to be a great coach.
I have benefitted a great deal in acquiring coaching knowledge and skills. In particular I have gained a lot of practical skills in managing board meetings as a chair in terms of understanding dynamics and the power of listening and motivating people to participate effectively. The trainers are very knowledgeable and experienced and their mode of delivery was superb.
Of all the training courses I've attended in my career life, this one has birthed something new in my life. It has reshaped my thinking, view, and style of leadership and heightened my sense of self-awareness.
The faculty demonstrated passion, preparedness, creativity, thoroughness, and adequate subject-knowledge. They ably integrated theory and praxis as well as keeping the class interesting and active. For adult learners, they did well make the class interactive and borrow from their experiences. Their own stories and case studies enriched the learning. They are amazingly good.
I was very impressed by the learning approach and methodology. The mix of lectures, small group discussions, assignments complimented by friendly technological tools was enriching. Peer to peer coaching sessions provided the coaches in training with opportunities for application of coaching competencies, skills and building confidence in the practice of coaching.

It has been an absolute pleasure to be taken through a Leadership and Executive coaching Programme by George. His keenness to every word you say and the impeccable listening skills are unmatched. I experienced active listening for the first time in my life and I got to know how it feels to be listened to without interruption. The conversations around the entire coaching experience were mainly guided by open-ended questioning where as a Coachee I got to express myself at length without being interrupted before the next question or discussion is brought up.
