George is a passionate leadership coach, coach educator, and facilitator whose mission is to cultivate transformational leadership across cultures and continents. With over 20 years of experience in training and facilitation, George has inspired and equipped more than 2,500 leaders in East, West, and Southern Africa, South-East Asia, and the Middle East through impactful workshops and coaching programs.
Known for his dynamic communication style and deep presence, George serves as a Leadership Coach with several global and regional organizations, including Vista Global Coaching & Consulting (USA), Skillsoft Coaching (USA), Know You More (UK), and The Leadership Group (Kenya). His approach is culturally attuned, values-driven, and rooted in creating sustainable behavioral change.
As a Coach Educator, George plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of coaches. He is a Chief Examiner for CDI-A Group of Coaching (Kenya), a Mentor Coach at the Centre of CoRe Coaching (Nigeria), and the Director of Education at B&G Coaching Centre. He is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an ICF Registered Mentor Coach, and an ICF Authorized PCC Marker Trainer, reflecting his high coach development and ethics standards.
George brings a unique blend of legal acumen and leadership insight to his work. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds multiple academic degrees, including a Bachelor of Law (Aligarh Muslim University), a Bachelor of Commerce (Osmania University), and theological degrees from Global University (USA), where he earned a Bachelor of Bible and Theology and a Master’s in Christian Leadership.
